B1 ServerTools Down unexpectedly

Hello everyone,

Server tools service is stopped unexpectedly on server. Event Viewer shows the bellow error :
-Faulting application name: tomcat8.exe, version: 1.2.2.0, time stamp: 0x5d922315 Faulting module name: jvm.dll, version: 10.0.2.0, time stamp: 0x5f1f0280 Exception code: 0x4000001f

The tomcat logs shows this multiple times:

Error Code: 208

Could you please help me to solve the issue?

We have the same problem. Is there any other solution when we already reinstalled the server tools?

Dear dimtriant_,

Could you please help to perform a clean re-installation of the Server Tools?

SAP Note 2788059 explains the procedure. Please make sure to delete the registry data by the "ProductCode" of Server Tools installation before starting reinstall.

In case the issue persists, you can create an incident for SAP Business One Support Team under the component SBO-BC-SLD to get it investigated.
