What is the best approach to publicly expose an SAP CRM SOAP service?
My first intention was with SAP API Management, to have a Proxy API with OAuth2 that connects to the CRM SOAP via SSL.
However, currently the customer has some services exposed via SAP CPI iflows (pass-through), without APIM as they have not used it so far.
I'm told by the team that works regularly for this client that they once found that SAP's recommendation was to go through CPI, but I can't find any information on this and I don't quite understand what the problem would be if the API Proxy points directly to SAP CRM.
Could you help me please?
