Fiori Elements local annotations

When using an Odata V4 service with the List Report Object Page the cache is not cleared automatically.

When i use an Odata V2 service cache gets cleared automatically.

When i change the annotation.xml to add a new field in the table the change is not reflected when the browser is refreshed?

When i rename the file to annotation2.xml and update this in the manifest.json the field shows.

Is this some caching issue but even clearing the cache did not help.
