Hi all,

My question is regarding an outbound lead management scenario. I am required to perform a gap analysis between

an AS-IS home grown application and TO-BE CRM system for the outbound lead scenario. Is there any specific approach that i should follow in performing the gap analysis like particular templates, methodology etc.,

Any information regarding this will be very helpful.
