I have a question about the Emarsys Loyalty Add-on:

How can I create an ad-hoc campaign where every contact who joins earns a voucher that is valid for two days only?

I want to do this to create a sense of urgency, to make the campaign even more lucrative for my contacts.

Hi,

The first step is to create a voucher with a validity of 2 days.

Now there are two options to distribute the voucher:

1) In case you want to give this voucher only to a specific user group, for example, All contacts in your database that haven't joined the loyalty program yet, you must:

• Configure a new "Join" action, where the reward is the voucher you created above.
• Choose the validity of the Join action, i.e. how much time the contact has to join in order to get the voucher.
• Distribute the Join action via Email by using the action tokens in the email.
• Now only contacts who got the email and join the program will receive the voucher.

2) If you want to give the voucher to anyone who joins, then just update the reward in your "Default" join to be the voucher you created above. The moment you want to finish this promotion just take the voucher down from the Default join and put the old reward back up.
