Hello Emarsys Loyalty Experts,
I launched an email campaign with Loyalty action tokens so it becomes linked to my Loyalty Actions, but made a mistake in the wording, how can i fix it?
Will my customers see this in their Loyalty Wallett?
Is there a way to still correct this?

Hi,
I'm afraid that once the email is sent and the campaign is launched, the action is active and can no longer be edited or canceled (just as the email template cannot be edited after sending).
It's important to remember that in addition to the email that customers will receive, the action will also appear immediately in their wallet. The action remains active until all attached customers complete it, or the defined validity expires.
Unless the error is serious, I would suggest to live with it rather than try to cancel the campaign, since that could disadvantage some of your customers.
