How can I cancel a redemption offer but keep the voucher pool active?

Hello Emarsys Loyalty Experts,

I created a new voucher pool and defined the voucher value in points, and the redemption offer (with the necessary rewards for vouchers).

Once the pool is active, the redemption offer will shown in the customers' Loyalty Wallet.

How can I keep the pool active but cancel the redemption offer?

I want to do this to link the pool to another redemption offer.

Hi,

Go to the voucher pool you are interested in, once in edit mode go to the tab Pool values.

Now what you have to do is to move the green slider to the left - this will deactivate the voucher from showing up in the wallet, when finished click Save so your changes can take effect.

When you want to bring the voucher back to the wallet then go back and move slider to the right.
