Is it possible to decrease the delay when contacts are transferred from a program to another one?

Hello Emarsys Automation Center Experts,

I am using quite a few Automation Center programs that transfer contacts from one program to another. Is it possible to decrease the delay when contacts are transferred from a program to another one? In my opinion, the best case scenario would be 15 minutes (which would be amazing), but 1 hour would also be an optimal option.

Hi,

No, it isn't possible at the moment. Under the current implementation, programs which start with entry from another program are recurring programs, which are launched once a day.

However, we do plan to decrease this limitation significantly in the upcoming months; sadly, we haven't had the necessary technical discovery yet, so I cannot share more details now. But it is coming!

What would really help us is to hear more and more use cases here, where multiple program runs each day would be crucial for your business to calculate accordingly.
