Adding multiple Web Channel campaigns to one AC program

Hey SAP experts,

I have a question regarding the Emarsys customer engagement platform:

I would like to create an Automation Center program that contains more than one Web Channel campaigns. How can I add multiple web channel campaigns to a single AC program?

(Apologies if you read the first version of this response - I thought it was possible but it is not, yet)

I'm afraid that you can currently only use one Web Channel node in any Automation Center program.

If you want to create a workflow that involves multiple Web Channel campaigns, then you wil have to create a program for each one, and use the 'Add to Program' node to pass contacts between them.

Just make sure that you remove a user from a Web Channel campaign before they can be added to another one.
