How can I use forms for contact acquisition in Web Channel campaigns?

I have a question regarding the SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement platform:

I would like to create a contact acquisition Web Channel campaign that contains a form, through which the contacts can register. How can I use forms for that purpose in a Web Channel campaign?
