What's the best method to generate pricelists in SAP B1 to send to Business Partners, that has their assigned pricelist (including Special Pricing or Volume Pricing if assigned) based of their Business Partner Catalog?
Hi Danté,
In B1 there is no system link between prices (ITM1) and catalogue items (OSCN), so a query is the only way.
Special prices can be included, the basic ones probably even reasonably easy. The challenge will be how to show quantity based discounts on a single line (per item), if you have more than one entry. I.e. 10-50 pcs -5%, 51-100 pcs - 10%, etc.
If you have both global discounts, and BP specific discounts for the same item(s), how do you want to show those?
Regards,
Johan

Luckily we do not use global discounts so its a little easier. Since a query is the answer, I've refined my query, its working pretty smooth and we're happy with it. Looking through previous posts here, including some of your responses, it has made the whole process simple. Thanks for your help!
Hi Johan, Thanks for the reply.
A BP is assigned a specific Price List in the BP Master Data, they also are assigned a specific set of Items with their corresponding in BP Catalog Numbers. What is the best method for generating a list that can be given to the BP that has their Items and associated prices? Currently, I have a query that accomplishes most of this. It does not take into consideration if a BP has Special Pricing assigned. I’m wondering if there is a better solution and what other companies do when providing BP’s pricing.
