What're are proactive maintenance services under SAP Enterprise Support? Are they EWA, root cause analysis? Thank you!

Thanks for your reply. We're SAP VAR and I'm completing checklist for PCOE audit and this is one of questions in the checklist. Just not sure what's proactive maintenance service?

For clear picture ask your account manager, he can explain you better based on the contract type that you have.
Generally EWA is an automated one and EW sessions is a service that any customer get.
