Establishing datastore connection between sap ds 3.2 and oracle 11g

Hi Team, I am trying to create a datastore and trying to establish a connection between oracle database version 11g from ds version 3.2 but an error is coming up " Cannot find NT Oracle Server DLL <OCI.DLL>. Ensure that Oracle has been installed and the PATH variable points to the correct lib directories"

Any Suggestions please.
