Mobile Transaction Bridge supported transaction follow on question

I raised a previous question on this subject, which now seems to be unusable and I can't save any comments. Here is a link to it:

https://answers.sap.com/questions/13318031/mobile-transaction-bridge-supported-transaction.html

I am trying to use Mobile Transaction Bridge but keep getting the login to S4H page repeated with the userid blanked out.

Here are some screen shots:

I enter my details, and I am asked for them again.

I opened Chrome tools and took these screen shots:

This going through our S4H 1909 server port 44300. Strangely, we trying to go through port 44301 which is pointed to a Web Dispatcher, I received the popup message to allow access, but the + create recording button was not active as decribed in the previously noted support message above.

Many thanks for any help.

regards

Neil Stewart

Hi Neil,

Just to document what we discussed: SAP Screen Personas must be deactivated in the GUI Configuration (WEBGUI service at SICF): sap-personas-runmode = 0

Then you should be able to record the transaction.

Kind regards,

Cris

Hi Neil,

Can you check whether you have set, in your backend system (S4H):

itsp/enable_webguiconnector = 1

?

Maybe you can also test step 9 from SAP Note 2853735?

Hi Cris,

yes the itsp/enable_webguiconnector parameter is set to 1 in RZ11, and I have run through Step 9 successfully of the OSS. I receive that same message in Mobile Transaction Bridge when going through Port 44301 , which has a Web Dispatcher assigned, and entering my userid (but then I get the ClientInterfaces message) as mentioned in the previous question. Logging in after changing the Port to 44300, I get the repeated requests to enter my userid.

Thanks

Neil Stewart.
