New Folder Creation

Hello Team

End user has ability to create New Folder from launchpad. Due our internal policy,we need to restrict users from creating new foders from launhpad. I checked custom rights in CMC but didn't find anything similar to restrict the users from creating new folder. Can anyone guide me the way to restrict this?

Right click on the public folder or folder (on which you want to deny the access to create sub folder)->user security->select user group->assign security->Advance->Add remove rights->Content->Folder-> deny the access on following rights.

"Add objects to folders that the user owns"

"Add objects to the folder"

After that user can not create new folders.
