For S/4HANA 2020 on premise, does Situation Handling require additional license?

Dear Community team, if a Customer wants to implement Situation Handling in S/4HANA 2020 on premise, is it necessary to contract any additional license?

In the documentation of the S/4HANA 2020 on premise scope item 31N this is not mentioned.

sorry for answering late.

Situation Handling in SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud itself is included in the SAP S/4HANA license.

If one use case would require the use of intelligent technologies, this needs to be checked in addition.

Where can we find the content for procurement, I only see an FICA entry in table SIT2_OBJECT in our best practice installation.
