How to Identify Agent Determination in Workflow

Hi Team,

I have listed down the scenario and request to guide me on the same.

I want to know, where to check on any code been written or alternate option for it.

In PPOME - Names are been for the site.

In Quality, names are determined properly from PPOME but not in production...Different names are flowing in Agents for the level 80

Scenario - In Quality

1. On level 80, Agents are flowing properly . But, want to where to check it

Need to know where to check on the above Agent determination place .
