Report of Billing Document Details (Document Flow) for All Sales Order

Hello everyone.

I need help to produce a report that contains information of the "document flow" below into a spreadsheet for all sales order within specific period of time coming from all customers. What I want to make is a report that shows all the document number related with the sales order (from the Sales Order number, Outbound Delivery Number, until its Credit & Debit Note Number with Date of Each Document Processed and the value) so that it's easier for the user to view this information for all sales order within this month into a single sheet of Excel. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks so much for your help.

Cannot export to excel program RIBELF20, if urgent you can use se16 - VBFA for document flow.

You can access the RIBELF20 program (SE38) and then turn it into a Z program by your programmer.

I don't have the access to SE38. It takes several days to make a request. I also want to make sure something about this code. Will I be able to export the data of these document into Microsoft Excel File? Do you have any experience of it? Could you describe the steps? Thanks in advance!

There is no direct way to generate the output in excel. However, you can generate the excel out by generating an spool print of the output. Follow the steps as below:
