Crystal Server 2020 Publishing 100 Recipient Limit

SAP Crystal Server 2020 is documented to have no publication recipient limits with CAL/CSBL licensing. However, when we add the evaluation code sent in the trial e-mail, the CMC still exhibits a 100 recipient limit. When we run a publication, it fails after 100 recipients.

What is required to realize the unlimited recipient limit that is documented?
