Crystal Server 2020 Publishing 100 Recipient Limit

SAP Crystal Server 2020 is documented to have no publication recipient limits with CAL/CSBL licensing. However, when we add the evaluation code sent in the trial e-mail, the CMC still exhibits a 100 recipient limit. When we run a publication, it fails after 100 recipients.

What is required to realize the unlimited recipient limit that is documented?

We did more research and determined that the trial keys provided in the "Welcome to Crystal Server Trial" e-mail still include a publishing 100-recipient limit. When you purchase a full, non-trial key, the publication limit is eliminated. I'm not sure if this is by design or not, but it is not well documented and took a herculean effort to get a knowledgeable response from SAP. But, it has been confirmed.
