OData service not active in higher system on S4 Hana on prem 1909

Hi All,

I have created one odata service on RAP with unmanaged implementation.

The service is moved to quality system, but it seems its not active and is not showing in SICF node.

We don't have access of eclipse for higher system.

Do we need to manually activate the service binding in higher systems ? Ideally it should be active by default in higher system.

Please guide on how to resolve this.
