Deployment Issue - SAP iRPA Cloud Studio Project

Team,

I have generated package of Hello World - Cloud Studio project and triggered as Attended mode. I am able to see it in Desktop Agent menu bar. But when clicked on it nothing happens its showing Warning in about section of Desktop Agent. Please see attached screenshot.

Can you please suggest why its NOT working after deployment?

This step was added for Security reasons.

Are you using your trial account to execute this project?

Hi Chaitanya,

No. Its not a trial account. I have developed in Cloud Studio as a attended BOT and deployed.

But Its showing only warning. At cloud factory monitoring dashboard it not showing anything related to that project when clicked to execute on desktop agents link.

Can you please suggest any solution.

Hi Abijeet,

It seems that the Desktop agent is not connected with cloud factory try restarting the desktop agent and see if it gets connected with cloud factory and then try to execute your project.

Hi Ajeya,

Its connected to cloud factory but when I clicked in menu link in desktop agent, it turn to orange color and warning title. And stopped there.
