SAP CX Loyalty Program

Hi Colleagues,

Is there in Marketing Cloud or any other SAP CX component, a Loyalty Program simmilar to the one in SAP CRM On Premise? I mean:

- Program Management

- Membership Handling

- Reward Rules

- Processing Engine

- Partners Management

Hi Renato,

in the past there has been SAP Hybris Loyalty which was then at a later point in time renamed to SAP Loyalty Marketing (https://help.sap.com/viewer/product/SAP_LOYALTY_MKT/1902/en-US). But this was a long time ago and I'm not aware of a product which replaced that functionality. Also all of the APIs are deprecated and it's stated that there's no successor to this product (https://api.sap.com/package/SAPHybrisLoyalty?section=Overview).

The only thing I know is the Customer Loyalty Cloud which could then obviously be integrated with different CX Solutions (https://store.sap.com/en/product/display-0000035274_live_v1). But this one has to be licensed separately.

I know that in SAP Sales Cloud you have "Partner Management", but not sure if that fits to your needs.

Maybe as workarounds you could use Scores in SAP Marketing Cloud to build something like "reward rules" or use some Custom Fields or Business Objects for Membership handling.

But at least as far as I know there's no real "Loyalty Management/Program/Functionality" included in any of the products.
