I created a Z02 Movement Type to analyze parts which are issue from warehouse then return to the warehouse again as unused part. Creation and mapping is complete but I am not able to change the movement type value under MIGO TCode once I input the Document No for cancellation. please advise how can I address this?

You created a new movement type (Z02) for goods issue for a specific purpose and you should create another movement type may be Z03 (for reversal action of the Z02 movement type). In OMJJ t.code- For both movement types ( Z02 and Z03), you should allow MIGO t.code for goods movements.
