How to delete a canceled quotation

We have a quotation with very many rows and items in our database and its status is canceled. It has no connections to other documents (no relationship). It influences however the drag-and-relate function.

Is there a way how we can delete this quotation or how can we diminish the number of rows in this quotation although it is canceled?
