How can I select "All Catalogs" in the Catalog Tree of my Collectionbrowser by default?

By default no catalog version is selected when opening a CollectionBrowser view in pcmbackoffice, I would like to change that.

Is there a way to achieve the initial selection of "All Catalogs"?
