SAP GRC EAM FFLOG issue -workflow is not triggering logs to controllers

Dear SAP Gurus,

we have EAM setup and workflow for ECC system and everything is working fine. I have configured EAM for SOLMAN and GRC systems using same workflow where GRC EAM process is working fine, Coming to SOLMAN FF logs are not generating and workflow is not triggering to controllers.

Using GRC12 With SAP11 Decentralized FFID.

1) No logs in Consolidated Log report for SOLMAN connector.

2)Tried executing time based sync job , getting error as no logs found hence no workflow generated error. Also logs are showing in Program.

3)SM20 logs are available in Solman and STAD logs also available.

4)Background Sync jobs are working and no issues .

5)In GRACFFLOG table has entries for logs for SOLMAN system showing as Workflow not triggered.

6) In GRACACTUSAGE table have entries for SOLMAN system.

Please let me know if there is any way we can resolve this issue?
