Policies or Rules when uploading an Attachment per Module (AP Invoice, GRPO, AR Invoice and ETC)

Hi All,

Is there a way we can determine what are the modules that allows attachments even the Item is Inactive?

For example, I have successfully attached pdf file in GRPO even the item is inactive. But in AP Invoice, we cannot upload the attachment because it shows error Item is inactive.

I want to know where I can refer to this policies or rules.
