Attribute as Key figure not updated via CPIDS

Hi Gurus,

We have two planning area for our client. SAPIBP1 and SAP4S.

In both the Planning area, we are updating the master data from the respective common data source from S4/HANA.

In Location product master data interface, we are updating a custom attribute from data source which is an attribute as key figure. In SAPIBP1, it is updating to the master data but not in SAP4S. This is happening only in Production. Sandbox we don't have any issue. Manual file updation in DI tab is successful. Please help in identifying the issue.

So as well as there is any possible for me to get a ABAP NW job with my diploma qualification. What are the stuffs I need to prepare before attempting to the interview.....

Please share addtional details as it is hard to say the root cause without looking how it is setup. Please share the below details

1) Base PL of the AAK

2) No of periods maintained in the from and to range.

3) IS the AAK a calculated KF ? or both stored & calculated ?

4) If you are using any expression in any planinng level for the AAK..

Attach SS wherever possible.

HI Ayan,

Attribute as key figure is working fine. If i manually upload the data, the values are populated correctly.

This is because of the CPI interface.

Please find the details.

Hi Anurag,

There is a limit on number of periods that can be added to a AAKF. 90% cases are check the from and to horizon of the AAKF in the planning area. By reducing that horizon the number of entries will also reduce and solve your problem.

Hi Gourav,

Yes I just identified the same, Volume of AAKF was coming around 47mil and we just normalized our PA, in this case AAKF is not populating via mass update. We are changing the config hopefully it will work. Thanks for the quick response.
