Base UOM difference in 'Display Line Items in General Ledger' app and Material Master

For example I check Sales Order 123 in 'Display Line Items in General Ledger' and see base UOM of CV but in the 'Sales Volume' app I can see base UOM of EA, which is based on Material Master.
