ITSM ERMS Configuration

Hi All,

We are configuring ITSM ERMS in solution manager 7.2.Getting emails from external inbox to SOIN, event is successful in SWI1.Email are visible in central inbox but incident is not getting created automatically.

Kindly suggest if you have faced similar issue and troubleshooting steps.
