solution manager 7.2 email template pi alerts

Hello SDN,


I am configuring email alerts for PI in Solution manager, via notifications, while it is working regarding PI rules defined, the email is not providing enought information and requires that the attached HTML is checked for the Channel, integration scenario or so that is failing.

checking 2088606 - Alerting: email consumer job to support language specific alert emails and custom defined email content, it would be possible to have such details if we would use PI alerting directly, but over Solution manager we need to use BADI_DYN_INCI_NOTIF_MULTIPLE, which is a bit limited on which data can be collected from the alert.

I see there is a filter that can be used, PI Message Based Alerting: Dynamic Incident / Notification Configuration for individual Alert Types, however i could not find any documentation on this filter. Is anyone a idea how we can achive to have details such as Idoc, message id, and such using solution manager possibilities to adapt email template?
