Couldn' preview crystal reports in SAP B1 v10

Hi,

i have recently upgrade SAP b1 server from v9.3 to v10.00.140 FP 2011

i did uninstall v9.3 from all users computer,

and after installed SAP B1 client to user's computer, 7 out of 10 users complaint they couldn't preview all crystal reports (layouts and reports), when generate reports or layouts, screen show [database login] window to ask for credential.

server field is correct, but database field was empty, login-id was tied with SLD auto-created SQL user-id, start with B1_numbers and end with "RW". and the password field is empty.

i've tried change the report's datasource from native client to ODBC. then it works. but it is such a pain to edit remaining reports, therefore i'm here to seek help, anyone have better solution?
