SAP PM Plan de Mantenimiento

Buenas tardes

English translation via Google:

I would like to know if at the maintenance plan level there is the possibility of making a differentiation in the generation of orders on dates. Let me explain, in our case we have a maintenance that must be carried out every 12wk, but they should not all leave on the same date, you can somehow adjust the order start date for each equipment without having to change the MP package in the Task List?

Hi Peter

Thanks for your support, We will create a plan per equipment

Henry,

If you had a single plan, with multiple maintenance items (each with one equipment), then all the orders would be created on the same date. This means that you wouldn't be able satisfy the requirement in your initial post. Also any rescheduling of that plan impact all maintenance items/equipment.

So if you need complete flexibility, then have one plan per equipment.

Alternatively, have 52 plans (one for each week) and put the equipment in the correct plan.

Thanks Peter for your answer.

so in a single plan where I have all the equipments and all the task list is it not possible to do this?

This due to the fact that I have many equipments so it would require many plans to control

Kind regards

Henry,

In SAP we would create 2 maintenance plans, one for each equipment.

Then they would be scheduled (via IP10) with a 1 week offset.

Henry,

Is this a MP with multiple maintenance items, each for a different equipment?

Hi Peter thanks for your answer.

let me try to explain a little bit my question:

We in our current manitenance system have activities that are common in different equipments. these activities for example, have a frequency of 1 weeks, the detail is that in the same week we cannot carry out 2 equal activities for different equipments, this due to resource and time. for this reason, what we currently do is make them move vy dates, example:

*Equipment 1 start in week 2 next activity will be in Wk 14

*Equipment 2 start in week 3 next activity will be in Wk 15

and in this way wih the other equipment, thus we managed to have a differentiation of dates avoiding coincidence in dates and respecting the frequency.

In SAP we can have a single plan and assign the dates in such a way that the activities and the frequency are same but that the ordres for the equipments are generated in different weeks?

Kind Regards
