PO Delivery Completed Indicator when underdelivery in EWM

Hello, I'm wondering if delivery completed indicator in a purchase order can be set automatically when inbound delivery quantity is short in EWM.

For example, a purchase order with quantity is 100 PC.

Physically goods 80 pc arrived at the warehouse from the supplier, so goods receipt with 80 pc is done in EWM.

Supplier does not send the remaining goods to the warehouse, so I want to set the delivery completed indicator by goods receipt from EWM so that PO is closed automatically.

Is it feasible to close the PO from EWM? It is really appreciated if any advice.

Hi Hironori,

That's only possible as an MM functionality if you use delivery tolerances in your purchase order. The setting is in Customizing for Materials Management --> Inventory Management --> Set delivery completed indicator. If you activate the functionality for your plant, the elikz will be set as soon as the delivered quantity lies within the tolerance for underdelivery.
