I created it as follows.

Only the answer set in 1. is returned, and 2. is not returned.

Please check.

1. Set a Message in the "requirements" tab. (This time I set Buttons, but other options such as Text would have been the same → I set it as shown in image ① and ②)

Are you saying you have 2 bots set up the same way but in the first it is finding the entity and in the second it is not? Is the faulty bot set up exactly the same way? Is it trained? Can you share link to bot (if in community)? How is data entity set up?

It seems that the reason is that the number of registrations to Entities is too large.

I raised it as a separate question. ↓

"Is there a limit to the number of entities I can register?"
