Can I get access to UI5 apps developed with Neo trial with SAP WEB IDE FULL STACK Licensed version.

Could you please help me on this.
Is there any chance to get access to my UI5 apps developed with Neo trial account if I get access to SAP WEB IDE FULL STACK Licensed version for my reference.
If no, is there any alternate option.
