Webgui Apps such as MM03 and VA03

Hello

We have activated this S/4HANA 2020 Fully-Activated Appliance but are having an issue with Apps Display Material (MM03), when we select a material such as TG0011 and follow menu >More>Material>Change>Immediately, nothing happens, we just see an error by looking at the Developer trace of our Browser.

We have this exact same problem with Apps VA03.

We found some notes explaining that webgui is not working anymore due to a security note that has been implemented.

Here is the detailed error message, it is refering to webgui service:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: d.getContent(...)[0]._showOrHideExpandButton is not a function

How can we could fix this ?

Hi Hugo,

I can re-produce the issue in one of our internal appliance systems for 2020 SP00.

Solution for fixing it (kudos to benggiap.lim😞

1. Open transaction SICF and click Execute

2. Navigate to "default_host > sap > bc > gui > sap > its > webgui" and double-click it

3. Click change and open tab Service Data > GUI Configuration

4. Change the value ~SINGLETRANSACTION from 1 to 0 and Save (customizing request for foreign namespace will be needed).

We will change this behaviour in the upcoming FPS01 release.
