LTMC not working, message: Logon is being prepared

Hi guys i am having a problem with LTMC transaction on one of our systems, after strarting LTMC i get only this message in browsver. I activated all the necessary services in sicf.does anyone know how to deal with this,

Go to SICF and activate DMC_WDA* services
