ERROR while posting GL entry in FB50

I am unable to post/save entry in FB50. Please check below screen shot one of GL entries line all field are red and it not process further to simulate or post the entry. And even I can not find any error message for that. Please help me...

It would help if you could provide a bit more details like the error text and message along with screen shots. It is impossible for anyone without access to your system to help you. The current details seem to be insufficient for anyone to be able to guide you in any way
