while creating a quantity contract i m getting an error ,m,,after creating the reference to contract i m getting an error of (the document xyz doesnot exists) in the SAP MM

You need to carry out code corrections. Not sure, whether the issue is with IDoc in which case, have a look at OSS note 361431; else have a look at OSS note 1802104
