After Hana upgrade facing cl_http_client connection broken error

We have recently upgraded from 1909 to 2020 HEC.

We are facing 500 Connection broken error in ABAP on cl_http_client service calls.

This code was working before the upgrade.

Although the program - RSHTTP20 works properly with SAPHTTPA option for same URLs.

Can anyone guide what could be causing this issue ?
