We have a guidance in order for you to integrate the Microsoft Azure AD with SAP Identity Authentication Services - https://help.sap.com/viewer/6d6d63354d1242d185ab4830fc04feb1/Cloud/en-US/626b17331b4d4014b8790d3aea7.... IN S/4HANA Cloud, the authentication mechanism is governed using the SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication and any request needs to be authenticated via this services and cannot be bypassed. You can configure your own Identity Provider via this SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication in order to get the seamless SSO in your landscapes by following the steps mentioned in the help portal link I provided.
