merge cell in ui or m table and display my data in merged cells not only 1 cell

I need to merge ui table or m table cells. and display chart in merged cells i try many way for that like first i used m table properties mergeduplicate but this properties display value in only 1 cell. am also try jquery for merge and remove cells but its not work. for more information check below image capture11.png i need to display single chart in all merged cell capture3.png like this.
