Bo Repository Clean up - unused reports

Hi,

We are in a process of doing Bo reports clean up on unused reports in 4.2 SP6 environment.

For this we need to

1. List out the reports which are not used from past 1 year.

2. Last executed/modified/accessed date.

3. How many scheduled instances are there in the report's history.

4. How much space consumed in FRS - Folder wise.

Could you please help you have done the similar exercise in your system. If yes, how did to extract the above inform.

Am not able to create report to get this info. Do you have any marco excel available.

Any help will be much appreciated.

With the CMS universe you can get some of the information you're asking for, see Unlock the CMS database with new data access driver for BI 4.2.
