SAP Hana Cloud and Fiori apps on SAP BTP

Hello Experts,

I have a scenario where I need to create a HANA Cloud project(with all DB artefacts and XSJS scripting) using SAP Business Application studio.

I also need to create a different project for Fiori apps, containing the UI for the HANA cloud project. Now, since these are to be developed separately, how will they talk to each other?

Currently, whatever tutorials we have talked about full-stack app development. If Two teams are working, one on just UI and the other on just HANA Cloud, and then deployed separately on SAP BTP, then how will they get integrated?

Any pointer would be helpful!
