Please provide some clarification on when the BOLL and MWBO pricing conditions that are a part of the pricing schema for Italy

The condition BOLL is a fixed value, depending on a scale amount. As explained in the note 184985: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/184985 the tax conditions (condition class ‘D’) can have ONLY percentage calculation.

For this reason BOLL is not a tax, and the additional tax condition MWBO is necessary to set the correct tax code.

Also note: The MWBO is related with the bollo process

By default the bollo is applied when tax amount is zero (no matter the VAT code) and net value bigger than 77,47 EUR.

MWBO is a pricing condition, not a tax condition. How do you want to use it to configure a tax code? Is it even necassary to set up a separate tax code for bollo?
