Difference in the time in delivery document event types and time in TSEGE (time segment event) table

Hello Team,

I am facing an difference in the time entered in the SD delivery document and in TSEGE table. I could observe that there is always a a two hr difference in the time entered in the dates tab of the delivery document and the table updated TSEG for those event typesdelivery-event-time-difference.jpg.

For example if the time entered in Begin actual field is 20:12 CET then in TSEGE table for the same event it is showing as 18:12!

This is happening for the standard event types in SAP also. PFA document with examples. May I know if this is any configuration issue or a common bug in SAP?
