Screen Personas editor directly available to end-users?

Hi Screen Personas Community,

I hope you are safe working from home or in a safe environment.

Has anyone implemented and enabled Screen Personas directly to the end-users or business users instead of relying only on the IT teams for development?

And if you did it, how did it work for you? Users were interested in the tool?
