Add value to an asset "Asset has no values in fiscal year 021 for area: 02"

Good afternoon all.

I Have created an asset, the idea is to sell so we can bill the customer to pay for the construction of a new shop.

Problem is that ehen i go to the AW01N "asset explorer transaction" the next scren prompts:

Asset has no values in fiscal year 021 for area: 02

summarizing, i do no not how to add values to this asset and on top of that, this prompt appears.

What can i do to add values to this asset screen?

Depending on the version you are using, you can use ABZON or ABZO to add values (current year acquisition) or if prior year, ABNAN - I recommend discussing with accountants...this is assuming you are not doing a direct purchase capitalization.

i am studying a master so it is not a real thing but i do not have any accountants, i am on my own with this.

thanks to abzo, costs appear now in AW01N but now i need sell this asset, bill it, and see that amount somewhere in the program in concept of "amount available for expenses"

is it possible?

Whenever you add any text to your post, please do so under "Comment" and not under "Answer", as you were not answering to a query but only providing additional information as required by the members.
