Message output to pdf

Hi,

I don't know how can I technically do my need.

I have a list of deleveries with output message already launched.

I want to read a list of delivery and retrieve the form (Adobe form) and insert it in a attachment mail (pdf).

No problem for me to attach the pdf by mail technically.

But I don't know how retrieve the data Adobe FORM from the message output.
